Adventures in a wildlife garden, and the native plants, birds, butterflies, and bugs we love!
Nature stories from the border of the Missouri Ozarks.
Anne -- this is great! Nice job on the interview. How many volunteers do you need? I'm really thinking about it...
Alan, you are the best! I could use 5 or 10 more folks!
Wish we were there! Counts for this area are complete, I think. It's more of a "Christmas-y" than a "Christmas" count here ;-)
A good friend and great local birder passed away. Many of the local birders new him or at least saw him around over many years. He was a wealth of knowledge And a great teacher of birding. Please say a prayer for our brother Bill Rudden
It was always fun to run into Bill in the field. He has so much fun birding, and at the same time, he was meticulous about identifications. He always shared his knowledge & enthusiasm. He will very much be missed.
